TAN PREP
Before Your Appointment:
Exfoliate 24 hrs prior to tan (focus on dry areas: elbows, knees, ankles). We recommend using a good exfoliating mitt.
Shave/wax at least 24 hrs prior. Preferably with a razor without a moisture strip.
Arrive with clean, product-free skin (no lotion, oils, deodorant, or makeup).
Wear loose, dark clothing + open shoes to your appointment.

AFTERCARE
After Rinse:
Moisturize daily (preferably with a fragrance-free, spray-tan-safe lotion).
Avoid long, hot showers + harsh scrubs or products containing exfoliants (AHA, BHA, Urea)
Pat skin dry, don’t rub.
Top off mid-week with tanning drops or extender lotion if needed.
Schedule your next session every 7–10 days.

When should I book my tan?
For special events, we recommend booking 48 hours prior to the event. For vacation tans, 24 hours.
Will I be orange?
We are confident in our consultation, color matching and specialized application. We promise you won’t be orange!
How long does it last?
Our tans typically last 7–10 days with proper prep and aftercare. Longevity always depends on your skin type, lifestyle, and routine but here’s the difference: we’re proud to be one of the highest-rated salons for long-lasting results. That means your tan doesn’t just look flawless on day one, it stays even, radiant, and natural-looking for up to 10-12 days.
How long do I need to have it on before I rinse?
Rinse time varies based on how “dark” we determine is best suited to your goal and color tone. General rinse times are 1-6 hours for rapid and 8-12 hours for overnight.
